Your DSTV subscription follows the smartcard, not the dish or decoder — moving house is a purely technical job.
We uninstall at the old address (dish, cabling, decoder mounts), then reinstall at the new one — new dish position if needed, fresh cabling runs, Extra View re-linked, signal tested.
